Join us on an impressive ride through Thailand’s mystical North.

After a gentle start to this tour through lush green valleys dotted with rice fields, we begin a gradual but long climb up to a stunning cliff top overlooking Laos, where we will enjoy a unique view of the sunset. Passing through rural villages along the way we experience the sights and sounds of rural life here and enjoy magnificent panoramas over the mountains bordering Thailand and Laos.

Stand at the mythical Golden Triangle, the meeting point between Thailand, Burma, and Laos, and absorb the ancient Buddhist spirituality evident in this region. Dine with a view over the Mekong River, the lifeline of Indochina. Visit a temple that is home to some very cheeky monkeys, and spend the night at the King of Thailand’s Royal Villa high in the mountains bordering Burma. Challenging climbs are rewarded by magnificent views and exciting downhill stages.

Higher into the mountains we take time out to sample delicious Oolong tea and walk through the very field in which it was grown, or visit isolated Karen hill-tribe villages where we witness their unique way of life.

Put all of this together and you will have a unique and golden experience of Thailand – along with memories of some wonderfully enjoyable cycling.
